About Me

I have been practicing physical therapy since 2010. Every day is and has been practice which has improved my treatments over the years. My commitment to health began in high school when my father had a health scare. This incident motivated me to learn how to avoid such a fate and help those that I cared about. It has taken me down this path in physical therapy in which I have spent and continue to spend much time and dedicated learning to deepening my understanding of how the human body functions.

A huge part of becoming the therapist I am today was addressing my own personal trials and tribulations which included physical, mental and emotional. I really do care about people, which means I put my best work for my patients seeking my assistance and guidance. I strive to be better than yesterday and the best version of myself. Therefore, my practice is a work in progress that is consistently improving and evolving. It is a gift and a curse that I have been described as "idealistic" or "perfectionist".

Through my practice, continuing education trainings and self-exploration, I have a unique understanding of the interconnectedness between posture, alignment, joint mechanics, fascia, breath, the nervous system, nutrition, physiology, environment, mindset and trauma.
